Rent a Todo arranges rental contracts between you and a rental company on the islands. We are not a rental company ourselves, we own no fleet, and we are not a party to the rental contract.

The rental contract is concluded between you and that company. Their terms apply to the vehicle, handover, insurance, security deposit and return. What your offer and the rental contract say is binding, not what an overview page here says.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
