Costa del Silencio has fewer hotels and more apartments than the tourist centres further west. That shapes demand: an above-average share of people here rent for several weeks, not for a weekend.

Riding out from here
The TF-1 is right on the doorstep, so the whole south is quickly within reach. For the mountains you take the TF-65 to Arona and then the TF-51. A little longer than from Costa Adeje, but twistier and with less traffic.
The nearest airport is Tenerife South (TFS), around fifteen minutes away. For pick-up and drop-off appointments that’s the most convenient spot on the island.
